Before leading the Oversight and Investigations staff of the House Armed Services Committee for more than six years, Christopher J. Bright worked for Rep. Tom Davis (R-Va.) on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. He is a Visiting Fellow at George Mason University’s National Security Institute and teaches at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
