What Does the Future Hold for Rule22?
It looks like congressional Democrats are seriously considering reforming the filibuster. Of course, in my opinion, the emphasis should be on “considering” rather than “seriously.” The important question nobody has addressed: What does this mean for Rule22? Would a name change be in the works?
