Bill Introduced to Establish a Joint Commission on the Organization of Congress

A bipartisan proposal (H.Con.Res.28) to get Congress to rethink its organization, operations, and capacity has been re-introduced into Congress by Reps. Darin LaHood (R, Il) and Dan Lipinski (D,Il). , which has 44 cosponsors already, has been referred to the Rules Committee.

Last year, the two House members introduced similar legislation, which failed to advance from committee.
