Emerging case law on congressional oversight

The Levin Center at Wayne Law is hosting a morning symposium on January 24, 2020, on emerging federal case law related to congressional oversight investigations.  The conference will present a panel of legal experts, moderated by Elise Bean, Levin Center Washington, D.C. co-director and former staff director and chief counsel to the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, to discuss pending cases that may restrict or shape Congress’ power of inquiry.
