TechCongress is growing again, and now recruiting for an expanded 2020 class of Congressional Innovation Scholars, our pipeline to Congress for graduate students in technical degree programs.   

The Scholars fellowship is the sister program to our Congressional Innovation Fellowship. While the Congressional Innovation Fellows are largely mid-career— our 2020 class, on average, has nearly a decade of professional experience— our Scholars program is our pipeline to bring graduate students in technical degree programs into Congress.
